UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland has confirmed that he will be in attendance at the White House for UFC Freedom 250.

Strickland had claimed that he was banned from attending the event. His statement sparked controversy, as the 35-year-old is the only reigning American champion on the UFC roster. However, UFC President Dana White later cleared the air, stating that Strickland was not banned but simply not invited.
