No.6-ranked UFC lightweight contender Paddy Pimblett has shared a bold prediction for his upcoming bout against Benoit Saint-Denis in the UFC 329 co-headliner next month.
Pimblett suffered a unanimous decision loss to newly crowned undisputed lightweight champion Justin Gaethje in his previous outing in January, marking his first setback in the UFC. However, he now appears set to resume his title charge with a dominant display against the Frenchman.

Meanwhile, ‘God of War’ is on a four-fight win streak, racking up wins against Kyle Prepolec, Mauricio Ruffy, Beniel Dariush, and Dan Hooker.
Speaking about the matchup in a recent interview, ‘The Baddy’ said:
“I respect Benoit Saint-Denis. I think he’s very intense. He comes forward and tries to finish fights. He has never gone past the second round, but he is not going to get past the second round with me. I’ve got cleaner striking than him, I’m a better grappler, and I’ve got better cardio. I don’t see where he could beat me, to be honest.”
Paddy Pimblett vows to show a new version after Justin Gaethje setback
Speaking about his game plan for the bout, Pimblett vowed to rely on his fight IQ and insisted that he will not repeat the same mistakes he made against ‘The Highlight.’ The Scouser stated:
“You will see a new version of me. A completely different version of me from when I fought Gaethje. In my last fight, I said that I was going to knock him out. So, I just bit down on my mouthpiece and had a scrap with him when I should’ve followed the game plan like I always do. I always use my fight IQ, and in that fight, I never. I just wanted to put on a show for everyone, but I’m getting back in the win column in this one.”
